The modern silicon drift detector (SDD) achieves a high accuracy and detection sensitivity.

Outstanding accuracy and long-term stability are characteristics of all X-RAY systems from Fischer. The necessity of recalibration is dramatically reduced, saving time and effort. The fundamental parameter method by Fischer allows for the analysis without calibration. The optional AI based method reduces the evaluation time to a fraction of seconds.

 

The GOLDSCOPE SD® 300 instrument is designed as user-friendly bench-top instrument.

Due to its compact design, the instruments is lightweight. The integrated

computer and screen reduce the space requirement to a minimum.

A high-resolution color video camera with autofocus simplifies the precise determination

of the measurement spot and the measurement distance. This enables

the precise measurement of flat, concave as well as convex jewelry.

The entire operation and evaluation of measurements as well as the clear presentation

of measurement data is performed by the powerful and user friendly

software FISIQ® X. Dedicated software views and the integration of common

jewelry scales directly supports the everyday work of the customer.
